Frequently Ask Questions
What can I expect in my initial consultation?

Before you have your consultation, I will like you to fill out a lengthy questionnaire through a HIPAA compliant portal. This will allow me to have more quality time with you in your initial consultation.
During the visit, whether it be in my office or a video call, I will review your health history. As an integrative practitioner I will likely ask you more questions and spend more time with you. I will also do a physical assessment and go over any abnormalities in the consult. Questions are always welcome at IAW.

I will then offer my treatment plan. This may include a skincare routine, skincare products, treatments, labs, and future follow up care if needed. I am very transparent with all pricing and work within all budgets. I love to collaborate and it’s important to have an open line of communication with my patients.
Is it important to have a Primary Care Provider when working with Integrative Aesthetics and Wellness?

Yes, we recommend that you have a primary care provider when working with Jacqueline Trcka. She does not handle medical emergencies. However, when under IAW treatment, we encourage you to contact IAW for sick inquiries to avoid any possible interruptions in your treatment.
Do you accept insurance?

While IAW does not accept insurance at this time, I can offer patients superbills that you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network coverage. You may also use your FSH/HSA to where it can be applied. This allows IAW to spend more quality time with every patient and ensure you get the best care. In general, aesthetic services are not covered by insurance.
How much do your services cost?
Please see our Services page.

Testing is not included and will be ordered separately if needed (you may also choose not to order testing). You can see some of the tests we offer by clicking on the button below.

Unlike most clinics, we do not require you to sign up for a plan, buy a minimum amount of appointments or become a 'member'.
Do you offer remote appointments?

Yes! IAW currently only accepts patients who reside in Illinois. We will extend our services out of state shortly.

We can arrange video conferencing or a phone call for any of your appointments. We also can set up appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.

Most our test kits will be sent directly to you or we can arrange for you to go to a local lab for certain tests.
